About the Role
As an Administration & Accounting Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high quality administrative & accounts assistance to the team so that they may achieve their objectives effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Monitoring the accounts inbox and forwarding invoices for payment.
Weekly accounts payable and ABA file creation.
Weekly FOREX payment processing.
Updating foreign currency payments.
Employee Expense payment
Accounts Receivable
Send out statement
Chase Debtors
Bank Reconciliations
Adhoc supplier account reconciliations.
Wholesale Accounts Assistance
Inputting ATS orders
Splitting out wholesale orders into months.
Deposit management
Create invoices
Finalise dispatch orders
Follow up on overdue payments.
Input sell-thru data
About You
We are looking for a fitness guru, a yogi, or a general health buff who loves Accounting and has a high attention to detail. Ideally, you should be confident and proactive.
Position Prerequisites
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar accounts role.
People person - confident in communicating with others over phone and email.
Exceptional attention to detail + logical thinking.
Excellent time management and organization skills.
Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
Experience in high volume data entry
High-level Excel skills are a must
Xero + Receipt Bank (Dext) + CIN7 experience strongly preferred.
HMO for yourself and one dependent within the first month.
20 combined SL/VLs per year accrued from day one (you will have 10 accrued once you pass regularisation)
Additional 1 birthday leave after regularization.
30 minutes early out Fridays (after regularisation, upon completing all your tasks for the week, and if you are on time during the week)
Birthday cake on your birthday.
Shift Time
6:00 am to 3:00 pm, Manila, Time, Monday to Friday
