Duties & Responsibilities:
Monitoring staffs online
Assist Accounting Manager
Assisting in project management when required.
Qualifications:
Graduated from a reputable university
Should have computer literacy skills
Excellent written and verbal English skills
With smart personality & should be hardworking
Staff management ability
Can come to the office everyday
Knowledgeable about labor law
Has experience as an admin/HR (but not required)
Knowledgeable with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures and policies is a plus.
Must be fluent in English.
Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) Passer in any level is a plus
