Description
POSITION DESCRIPTION: As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling appointments and maintenance of a job management system.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage multiple email inboxes, respond to emails and phone calls
Drafting emails and handling business communications
Organize efficient job routes for technicians
Schedule appointments with clients and enter into job management system
Maintain job management system to ensure job cards are up to date and actioned where necessary
Reporting and analysis
Assist in managing Accounts Receivables
Manage a contact list
Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records
Online research and data collection
Perform market research
Address employees' administrative queries
Provide customer service as first point of contact
Conduct customer care calls
Other administrative tasks and projects
KEY COMPETENCIES/REQUIREMENTS:
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Impeccable multi-tasking abilities

Team player who enjoys helping others
Attention to detail and accuracy
Professional telephone manner and customer service skills
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least two (2) years' experience in a BPO industry
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Solid organizational skills
