Role Overview:
As an Admin VA, you will provide essential administrative support to our international clients. You'll help manage day-to-day tasks, ensure smooth operations, and support internal and external communications-all while working onsite in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage emails, inquiries, and appointment scheduling
Organize and maintain physical/digital files and records
Assist in preparing reports, documents, and presentations
Conduct basic internet research as needed
Handle data entry and basic bookkeeping
Coordinate with clients and internal teams
Support general office admin and logistics tasks
Update CRM or tools used by clients (if required)
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience as an Admin VA, supporting international clients
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and admin tools
Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Willing to work onsite at our office location
