ADMIN STAFF
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Weekly and Monthly Expenses Report including sending of expenses that are not included on the receipts sent. (See Memo for reference on schedule)
2. BIR online payment of Enerlife/ Withholding of Expenses
3. Booking of Hotels, Plane ticket both Domestic and International Flights for Business Trip
4. Preparation of Purchase order of Office Supplies and its Inventory/ invoices/forms & permits
5. Office transactions of Arranging with External Suppliers if needed by Office
6. Collating the For Sign Papers of Country Manager
7. Conference Schedule Arrangement
8. Business Permit Processing and other related Permits needed by Company (including cooperation and assisting needs of permits needed by PMAs)
9. Assisting Finance on Bank Requirements and other related transactions if needed
10. Processing & replenishment of ER includes Printing/Checking & Depositing(Organic Employees)
11. Requesting budget for Incentive & transfer to respective Manpower Agency
12. Securing documents such as Enerlife Philippines/Customer documents especially MT/RGS/DR copies of regency
13. Issuance & Monitoring of Enerlife Invoices
14. Attending immediate concerns from Team
15. Adhoc report from CM
