ADMIN STAFF
 
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Must be able to work independently and resolve minor problems
Can relate well with other employees
Have experience in operating office equipment such as electric typewriters, photocopiers, scanners, facsimile machines & personal computers
Prepare and file vouchers and statement of accounts
Answer telephone calls, communicate with customers, take orders and address complaints
Compile, copy, sort and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities
Compute, record and enter data such as sales transactions and inventories
Maintain and update filing, inventory either manually or using a computer
Open, sort, and route incoming mail, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail
Deliver messages and run errands
QUALIFICATIONS:
With pleasing personality
Bachelor's/College degree required
1-2 years experience
Good English communication skills
Organize, systematic and know how to multitask
Can handle pressure and work with minimal supervision
Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Word & MS Excel
With driver's license is a plus
MUST be a resident of Cebu City otherwise applications will not be entertained.
