Report Submission
Maintain Office files
Open and distribute mail/email and other communications
Take minutes of the meetings and distribute concerns
Reports for repair of defective equipment
Request for supplies and other consumables
Maintain Confidential files/records
Arrange bills payments
Provide reception services (received calls and answer inquiries
Assist during mall events and other promotions
Do other tasks assign from time to time
