We have recently completed the registration process in the Philippines and are now ready to begin full-fledged business development.
The Philippine branch urgently needs to strengthen its back-office operations to handle engineers because of increasing the number of them!
We welcome candidates who are able to work closely with the head office to ensure smooth operations overseas, and who have a desire to grow professionally in the Philippines!
Job Description
Employee onboarding and offboarding procedures
Handling basic office tasks, such as filing, delivering mail, answering emails and phone calls, and data entry
Entering and updating company, employee, and client records
Maintaining, repairing, or replacing office equipment
Requirements
3+ years experience as administrator or related jobs
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Proactive, organized approach to multitasking
