• Update and prepare the sales book and submit it via email or hardcopy to CPA.
• Prepare documents of client/s units for LTO registration.
• Purchase of spare parts, accessories, apparel, oils, and motorcycle units to suppliers.
• Receive and coordinate deliveries from suppliers.
• Encode costs of apparel, oils, spare parts, and motorcycle units on Loyverse.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of customer information, invoices, and service history.
• Update and manage customer databases and filing systems.
• Prepare and process motorcycle sales, service, and warranty claims paperwork.
• Communicate with motorcycle parts suppliers, and distributors for order placement and inquiries.
• Track and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Assist in preparing and submitting necessary documentation to authorities.
• Draft and format business correspondence, emails, and reports.
• Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
• Retrieve and archive documents as required.
• Always update the board in the workstation.
• Process LTO and insurance requirements.
• Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence.
• Responsible for filing, record keeping, and updating contact details of suppliers and other relevant information.
• Responsible for issuing official receipts, delivery receipts (DR), and sales invoices to the clients.
