Job Description
Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, forms.
Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expedeting orders for supplies; verifying receiot of supplies and monitor stock levels and communicate inventory needs.
Responsible for smooth overall administration duties including contractor coordination.
Preparation of purchase order and quotation request.
Any other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administation, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong multitasking abilities.
Strong and pleasing personality.
Can-do attitude and willingness to perform fieldwork.
Proficient in administrative task such as filing, typing, and correspondence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
