Description
Monitor and maintain supplies of all branch, provide and prepare all requirements of all branches and departments and company vehicle monitoring.
Role and Responsibilities
• Preparing and making Delivery Receipt (DR) of stocks transfer, supplies consumable from branch to branch or Head office to branch.
• Monitoring of inventory for store and office supplies consumption.
• Making Property and Equipment Issuance Slip (PEIS) for items or stocks transferred to any SRS Branches.
• Making Request for payment for any payable accounts.
• Making Gate pass for items issued to customer or employee.
• Making acknowledgement receipt for every issuance of company assets to employee.
• Making stocks withdrawal for every item from trade stocks.
• Prepare packing list for stocks transfer from branch to branch ( ECO BAG )
• Monitoring and releasing of uniform to all employee and submit Authority to Deduct form (ATD) to HR Department.
• Processing of sukicard reward points.
• Vehicle monitoring for renewal of registration at LTO.
• Monitoring of Starcard (Chevron Philippines Inc.)
• Monitoring of Auto Sweep RFID
• Perform other functions that maybe assigned by superior
