Process Globe & Smart payment
Philgeps Renewal
Secretary Certificate (All Branch)
Office Supply Custodian
Security & Janitorial -monitoring of payments
Insurance (CTPL & Comprehensive intended for units)
Procurement Custodian
Yearly update - Signatory for Fuel
Issue purchase order - via netsuite
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Job Qualifications:
