Position Title: Admin Safety Custodian
Salary: 13,000 - 15,000 PHP Monthly
Reports To: Accounts Manager & Client
Primary Relationships: Client Team
Date: June 2023
Schedule: Shifting, 6 days / week
Responsibilities:
Secure premises and personnel by patrolling and performing random checks of designated areas for security breaches
Conduct regular inspections of property, equipment, and access points
Ensure the operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance in collaboration with the Maintenance and Housekeeping Department
Assist the maintenance and housekeeping department during maintenance emergencies
Prevent losses, fire causes, and health emergencies by promptly reporting irregularities
Respond to alarms and emergencies within the premises
Control and direct designated parking areas
Complete daily reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities, including tracking visitors' entry and exit.
Monitor surveillance cameras and coordinate surveillance reviews with the assistance of the IT department
Assist employees and managers in times of need
Liaise with managers in case of suspicious activities
Intervene in possible casualties and provide necessary support
Assist visitors and enforce regulations
Receive deliveries and inform the procurement department
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a high school diploma
At least 25 years old and above
Preferably with a (1) year experience as a Security Guard or similar position
Willing to be deployed in Clark, Pampanga
Basic knowledge of standard security procedures.
Physically fit to perform patrol duties and respond to emergencies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good understanding of legal guidelines for area security and public safety
Outstanding surveillance and observation skills
Critical thinker and problem solver
Good leadership skills
