JOB BRIEF:
We are looking for an Administrative Officer to join our team and support our daily office procedures.
A successful Administrative officer will act as the point of contract for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries. Main duties include managing office stock, preparing regular reports (e.g expenses and office budgets) and organizing company records.. Our ideal candidate also has working knowledge of office equipment and office management tools.
Be able to ensure our administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepared and checks requisitions to ensure that items are correctly indicated
Processing of requisition, receiving, issuing and controlling of supplies and materials.
Responsible for obtaining information/data from different government offices/agencies regarding administrative rules and likes
Conducts administrative work and follow-ups regarding matters in various government offices such as; SEC, BIR, Register of Deeds, Assessor's office
Coordinates with the official of local government unit where the project is situated as the needs arises.
Conducts site visitation, coordinates with the client on aspect related to safety and security of workers at site and likewise properties of both client and company
Coordinates with the lessors regarding prompt payment of rentals
Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
Assumes responsibility for proper housekeeping and cleaning of work area, observes and practices safety rules and regulations
schedule in-house and external events
Answer queries by employees and clients
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must posses at least Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or any related course.
Proven work experience as administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
solid knowledge of office procedures
Experience with office management software like MS office (MS Excel and MS word, specifically)
Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail.
