RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs various clerical tasks as needed.
Answers phone and route calls to appropriate person.
Maintain renewals annually of Business Permits, SEC, and Bureau of Customs, Accreditation, Vehicle Registration, Centro Certificates Deposits.
Purchase office supplies, keeping stocks and distribution.
Ensure that all company files are being secured properly.
Maintains and monitor all Insurance due dates like Mortgage redemption insurance, File insurances, CTPL, and Comprehensive insurance of vehicles.
Monitor all company vehicles registration in a timely manner.
Ensures timely payment of bills such as PLDT, water and light.
Projects good corporate image at all times.
Ensure that all coordination and communication requirements are met consistently, appropriately and correctly.
Act as the Liaison Officer of the company.
Perform tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Passionate, hard worker and well organized professional with power to prioritize and multi task
Should exert sound judgement, discretion and preserve confidentiality

Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's/ College Degree in Marketing, Management or equivalent.
At least 2-3 Year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
