Need Ink Sales & Services is a service oriented company composed of dynamic IT, Engineers and Marketing Professionals dedicated in providing a quality Optimum Toner Cartridges and Services in laser printer, troubleshooting as well as desktop PC repair. The company has made its way to cater total IT Solutions as part of business diversification from structured cabling and network infrastructure supply.
Need Ink started as an ink refilling station and opened its 1st outlet on October 2003 at GMC Arcade Pajo Lapu Lapu City. After 3 months, the 2nd outlet was opened on January 2004 at N&N Arcade, Mandaue City.
Is currently looking for:
ADMIN OFFICER
General Qualifications:
Must possessed at least College graduate preferably BS Business Administration, Human Resource Management
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferable
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationship
Possess strong analytical skills and keen to details
Strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and achieve deadlines
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Resolve all inquiries and maintain inventory of all office supplies and place required purchase orders and perform all clerical work.
Monitor and processing of Phone payments, Branch rentals, and Service registration; must update and report to Main Office Admin
Monitor and Processing of Permits (Business, Sanitary, Mayor’s and etc.); must update and report to Main Office Admin
Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
Maintain and update company databases
Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
Implement company and office policies
Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
Book meeting rooms as required
Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
Arrange travel and accommodations of field Technical
Schedule in-house and external events
Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all company regulations/policy
Assist with day to day operations of the branch.
Perks and Benefits: Government Mandated benefits, HMO, Incentive
Rest Day Schedule (e.g. Sat and Sun): Saturday and Sunday
Time of Work (e.g. 9am to 5pm): 8:30am – 5:00pm
