Description
1. Oversee daily duties of employees to ensure that quality standards are being met and proper procedures are being followed.
2. Give guidance to employees in handling errors, problems, complaints and/or disputes.
3. Performance analyses of employees.
4. Coordinate work schedules and duty assignments.
5. Assist in employee recruitment, including interviews and selection.
6. Perform training classes and/or schedule training as needed for employees.
7. Interpret and explain work procedures and policies to staff.
8. Perform employee evaluations and make recommendations on personnel actions.
9. Prepare and manage reports, manuals, correspondence and other documents.
10. Review records and reports relevant to payroll, production and other workplace activities for monitoring employee activities and evaluating performance.
11. Work with other staff to coordinate workplace activities with other departments, units or teams.
12. Implement company or departmental policies, procedures and quality/service standards.
13. Maintain records, including inventory, personnel, orders, supplies, and maintenance documentation.
14. Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.
15. Working with the accounting and Head of HR & Admin to set budgets, monitor spending, and other expenses.
16. Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
17. Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
