Job Description
Performing general maintenance tasks in the office premise such as cleaning of tables, chairs, floors,doors, equipment, etc.
 Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities.
 Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance, with HQ approval.
 Responding and attending to Outsourced HQ concerns
o Stock control
 Acceptance and checking of supplies and equipment upon delivery
 Endorsing documents to FA Custodian - Eastwood
 Issuance of equipment to staff
 Safekeeping of stock/equipment and performing inventory
 Keeping supplies clean and organized
 Making and installing new furniture or equipment in coordination with HQ Admin & IT
o IT support
 Assist HQ IT, if necessary, to conduct IT support remotely
 Maintaining records of any work done on office premise
 Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Willing to work onsite
Work Schedule : 8AM -5PM/9AM-6PM
