Job Description & Scope:
The Admin Liaison officer provides clerical support through the implementation of administrative systems, coordination of staff, data entry, as well as scheduling, report-writing, and filing of pertinent documents. The position is open for highly-motivated individuals able to handle a variety of tasks to ensure all coordination is executed in a timely, consistent manner.
Roles and Responsibilities:
In charge of admin and clerical tasks, including but not limited to: making phone and route calls to key persons, scheduling of appointments, and bookkeeping
Makes sure all departmental and team coordination's are well-communicated and maintains continuity of work operations in relaying needed actions to management;
Records company files and documents in a secure, proper manner;
Secures timely annual renewals of business permits, SEC and Bureau of Customs accreditations, vehicle registrations, certificates of deposits, among others;
Keeps track of all insurance due dates, such as mortgage redemption insurance, file insurances, CTPL and comprehensive insurances for vehicles;
Monitors and updates inventory of office supplies, tracking all orders, stocks, and distributions;
Ensures timely payments of bills for office resources and basic service providers (internet & telecommunications, water, light & electricity);
Acts as the company's liaison officer and point-of-contact for a range of staff and external stakeholders;
Embodies and represents Uniglobal as a brand by projecting a pleasant, credible corporate image at all times.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Marketing or related fields;
At least 2 years/s relevant work experience in admin & personal assistance, secretarial, executive or equivalent fields;
Must be amenable to work at our office in Maa Davao City,
The successful candidate is a highly-motivated self-starter: well-organized, detail- and result-oriented, and able to troubleshoot; possesses above-average problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and solid concept of discretion and confidentiality; has remarkable ability to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines; demonstrates the ability to work effectively within a diverse team, and is flexible and adaptable when priorities shift due to changing situations.
