We are looking for a ADMIN-IN-CHARGE to supervise daily support operations of our company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures. Should seek to establish mutually beneficial, encouraging relationships with targeted groups, establish parameters for collaborative efforts, and serve as a reliable contact point with whom stakeholders can address concerns.
 
Duties and Responsibilities
Supervise and lead a team of personnel, providing them guidance, training and support
Serve as the primary point of the contact for clients, vendors, and government agencies, ensuring effective communications and addressing concerns;
Coordinate and collaborate with other Officer to streamline processes and improve cross-functional workflows;
Manage budgets and expenditures related to administrative operations, seeking cost-effective solutions;
Implement and maintain sound record-keeping systems and documentations, both for governmental and internal administrative purposes;
Prepare and submit necessary documentations and reports to government agencies as required;
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training, managing logistics and ensuring successful execution;
And stay updated on industry trends and advancements in administrative practices, recommending improvements as appropriate.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any four-year course preferably BS Management, Accounting, or any business-related course
Has 1-2 years of experience as a Liaison or Admin-In-Charge
Strong analytical and planning
Good communication and presentation skills
Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
