Description
• Performs various clerical tasks as needed.
• Answers phone and route calls to appropriate person.
• Maintain renewals annually of Business Permits, SEC, and Bureau of Customs, Accreditation, Vehicle Registration, Centro Certificates Deposits.
• Purchase office supplies, keeping stocks and distribution.
• Ensure that all company files are being secured properly.
• Maintains and monitor all Insurance due dates like Mortgage redemption insurance, File insurances, CTPL, and Comprehensive insurance of vehicles.
• Monitor all company vehicles registration in a timely manner.
• Ensures timely payment of bills such as PLDT, water and light.
• Projects good corporate image at all times.
• Ensure that all coordination and communication requirements are met consistently, appropriately and correctly.
• Act as the Liaison Officer of the company.
• Perform tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's/ College Degree in Marketing, Management or equivalent.
