.Approval of billing received to concern department/unit for proper charging
.Processing of new items requested from the vendor in HO and branches.
.Zero pending payables to vendors and suppliers
.Timely delivery of the requested item for HO and Branches.
.Monitor all items (printers) in HO and BR.

.Establish monitoring report of expenses
.Reconciliation and checking for all billings if no double payment.
.Provide updated record of expenses and remaining balance of annual budget for each department/unit
