Welink MCS is hiring for an Admin Associate in behalf of a client partner in the BPO Industry

Responsibilities:
Office Administration
• Coordinates with the Building Admin regarding any problems that may arise in the building and reports immediately to HR/Admin. Manager.
• Process purchase orders of office supplies and equipment with the approval of the HR and Admin. Manager.
• Process staff business cards and IDs of new employees and coordinates with suppliers.
• Ensures that office equipment is in full proper condition.
• Maintain an updated inventory of office supplies, medical supplies, emergency kits, and office equipment.
• Process the request of funds and payment of the utility bills of the company (Water, Electricity, and Rent)
• Update and Maintain the Company inventory of equipment and supplies.
• Assist the Health and Safety Committee and the Fire Brigade Organization with the administrative support they need from HR and Admin Department.
• Serve as a backup for Maintenance, Liason, Business Registration, Logistics, and Directorship in the absence of our Utility and Messenger.
• Manage the keep track of the routing and filing of all documents coming in and out of the HR Department.
Talent Acquisition
• Assist the Recruitment Teal with External Affiliations and University Linkages.
Other Tasks (5%)
• Perform other official work as instructed by the immediate supervisor/manager.
• Extend work hours when needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years in college in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management or any equivalent degree.
• Above average English verbal and written communication skills.
• Had experiences or internships under HR or Admin department.
• With 1 - 2 years' experience in a similar role or capacity is an advantage.
• Excellent team player.
• Can work with minimal supervision.
• Organized, responsible, and keen on details.
• Able to work with deadlines.
• Speed and flexibility in responding to the needs of the business.
• Highly organized and reliable.
• Well-versed with different Microsoft Office Tools.
• Amenable for 3 months' project-based
