ADMIN ASSISTANT
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of bachelor's degree in business administration, Office Administration, Psychology, Human Resource management or any related field.
At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in general administrative support, preferably in a corporate or PEZA-registered company.
Experience with government permits/renewals is an advantage (e.g., PEZA, DOLE, Business Permits, FSIC, Sanitary Permits)
Familiarity with visa/passport application processes and coordination with government offices and embassies.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Capable of preparing and managing Purchase Orders, Invoices, Delivery Receipts.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially in preparing compliance documents and monitoring permit expirations.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills; able to handle multiple administrative requirements simultaneously.
Strong time management skills to meet submission deadlines for permits, certifications, and reports.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, especially in liaising with external agencies, suppliers, and visitors.
Reliable, trustworthy, and maintains confidentiality in handling official documents and internal records.
Possesses a positive attitude and professional demeanor, especially when assisting guests and staff.
Willingness to perform varied administrative and logistical tasks as needed.
