Manage, monitor and on-time payment of rents and utilities such as electricity, water, internet, GPS, etc.
Arrange and coordinate the schedule/itineraries of drivers.
Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
Maintain and update company databases
Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
Answer queries by employees and clients
Update office policies as needed
Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
Book meeting rooms as required
Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
Company vehicles maintenance, annual registration and insurances.

Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
