JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
Provide general support to clients, sellers & employee.
Provide information by answering questions and requests
Prepare and monitors invoices and payments for the suppliers
Maintain supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, verifying receipts of supplies in the Department.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge
Maintain computer and manual filing systems
Reply to email, phone or face to face inquiries
Other task may be assign.
Assist HR and Admin employee engagement activities.
Payment process (suppliers billings)
Monitoring of supplies inventory, asset inventory and etc.
Coordinate with Drivers, Utilities
Provide support in processing Purchases requests
Other responsibilities that may be established/ arranged necessary.
 
 
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Proven experience as an Admin Assistant Role
1 - 2 Year Customer Service attitude
Solid written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Professional attitude and appearance.
Can work ASAP.
