This role performs a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the department and/or managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization. This role also manages and distributes information within an office.
Qualifications :
● Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
● 1-2 year experience in Administrative roles.
● Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software
● Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment
● Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping
● Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management
● Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
● Self-motivated, a team player, highly focused and professional in appearance and presentation.
● Strong organizational, administration and problem solving skills
● Excellent in information gathering, monitoring and attention to detail
● Strong planning, organizing and prioritizing skills
● Very flexible, adaptable and has customer service orientation
