JOB DESCRIPTION
Coordinate meetings via email and/or phone.
Document Tasks for executive and others.
Coordinate travel plans.
Create spreadsheets and enter data.
Create and maintain business/operational metrics reports.
Write emails and letters.
Create documents, presentations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
EXCELLENT verbal and written English.
RESOURCEFUL - must be able to FIGURE THINGS OUT on their own.
EXCELLENT skills in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Bachelors degree (Must be really smart and a fast learner).
Must type at least 50 wpm.
Experience doing market research.
Experience creating presentations, reports, documents, etc.
Organized and disciplined - consistency in attendance.
Ability to work during US hours 9 AM PST to 7 PM PST.
Preferred
Bachelors degree in business or marketing.
Basic graphic design skills.
Ability to work onsite
