- Serves as the first point of contact for the visitors and incoming guests and entertains their needs and concerns.
- In charge of all incoming and outgoing communications via phone calls, mails and couriers.
- Undertakes administrative functions including purchasing office supplies, furniture and equipment, paying bills etc.
- Renders support for the compliance of all administrative requirements, proper documentations related to the vehicle including registration, necessary renewals of permits and insurances.
- Purchased requisition, canvassing, preparing purchase order
- Manage office supplies' stock and place orders.
- Performs other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time
- Stocking, ordering, receiving and distribution of office, pantry and janitorial supplies monthly
- Performs other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time
