Job Description
As the Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for efficient office operations. Some of your duties and responsibilities will include:
Admin works such as accounting work, HR related work, general affairs, legal matters.
Make documents and company operations to have stability for admin related works.
Process to get Working VISA, Working Permit so on, for the foreign employees.
Creates and manage inventory and filing system.
Process renewal of business permits.
Sets routine priorities and procedures for accomplishing work, subject to applicable deadlines.
Performs considerable coordination and follow-through.
Qualifications
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Professionalism
Computer literate
Proficiency in productivity tools (Google Suite Application, Microsoft Office, and so on)
Strong Time Management skills
Good written and communication skills
Reporting skills
A team player
Keen to details
Flexible and driven
Problem-solver
PLUS POINTS IF:
Have knowledge in BIR filing.
Have knowledge in SSS, Pag ibig, and Philhealth.
Have experience working with multi-cultural individuals.
EDUCATION:
Graduated from College, University specialized in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
Fresh graduate or with at least 1 year experience in the related field.
