Description
Provide day to day admin support to Manila office and its employees especially during this current situation wherein all are in virtual mode or on wfh set-up; booking thru accredited tranpo services on the shipment/delivery of equipment/furniture/peripherals to employees wfh locations; coordination with vendors, contractors, building admin, CSS counterparts, IT and Finance team on all CSS related matters; office supplies, office equipment/system/facilities monitoring/maintenance; 3rd party security and utility personnel supervision; preparation/submission of gatepass and work permits w/ith/to building admin; and all other admin tasks that may be assigned from time to time by Manila office head and CSS lead.
Specific Knowledge/Skills
Good communication skills; organizational and coordination skills; with knowledge of MS outlook, teams, excel; facility management skills
Desired Experience
At least have an experience of being an Administrative Assistant in a Multinational office
Desired Qualifications
College graduate; at least 1-2 years experience working as an Admin Assistant or Office Facility Assistant/Supervisor
