Position: Product Admin
Work Location: E. Rodriguez Sr. Ave., Cubao, Quezon City
Employment: Probationary
Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of any four-year course;
Preferably with knowledge on administrative/clerical functions such as Filing and Monitoring;
Open to FRESH GRADUATES.
Responsibilities:
Submit Inventory Report to Vendor.
Organized files and documents of the team.
Monitor and follow up sales funnel, dsdr , pending inquiries and reports.
Upload items on the website.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
Answer phones and greet visitors
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
