Roles and Responsibilities
- Audit check all received paperwork returned from our installers is complete and accurate and input updates
- Conduct Primary Online Solar Portal Checks to ensure all clients are set up with within 24 hours of installation
- Conduct Secondary Online Solar Portal Checks, including the comparison of actual production when compared with estimated production data
- Ensure Post Installation communication to clients is prompt and follows a logical timeline and includes all necessary paperwork and system details
- Maintain Complete Job Installation Records
- Early Identification of online monitoring and/or system issues to drive preemptive resolution
- Ad hoc tasks as required to assist with workflow through the wider residential team
Required Experience
- At least 3 years of admin working experience
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4 year course
A Successful Candidate must have
- High attention to detail
- Highly organised
- Technically minded
- Meticulous / ability to spot errors
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with
- Experienced with Microsoft office
