Skills and Qualifications
-The candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Administrations, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management and/ or equivalent;
-Preferably supervisory level and up with at least (2 to 5 ) years of relevant work experience specializing in administrative support and managing projects;
-Ability to demonstrate reasoned logic on decision making and judgments, to consider external/ internal factors, and to recommend solutions in complex situations;
-Ability to work in a group, analyze data, use technology and manage projects, Sharp, proactive, organized, patient;
-Confidentiality, organization, and flexibility; multi-tasking, meeting deadlines and working as part of a team; well-developed communications (both verbal and written and reading skills;
-Must be diligent, detail-oriented, with excellent communication and coordination skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint ) Adobe Acrobat, and Social media platforms.
Duties and Responsibilities
-Completes a broad variety of administrative task for the President & CEO including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; composing and preparing correspondences, arranging detailed travel plans, itineraries, and meeting agendas and minutes;
-Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office; products; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies;
-Perform any other tasks that may be assigned by the superior;
-Communicate to all suppliers;
-Prepare and send Purchase Orders of all products to suppliers and manufactures;
-Daily check and update chart production;
