Job Description:
Provide general administrative and clerical support including receiving, mailing, scanning and coordinating with management
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
Open, sort and distribute incoming documents
Perform data entry and digitizing documents
Run company's errands including but not limited to bank runs and visiting government offices
Answer calls from customers or internal staff regarding their inquiries
Performs other functions that maybe assigned from time to time.
Job Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Office Management, Business or similar field
Proficiency in MS Office
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize workload effectively
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
