HANDLE QUERIES Receive & relay all received calls/inquiries from head office & stores to immediate superior for information & proper action . GATHER DATA Request & follow up from store staff the required data for report preparation or updating of records . RELEASE MEMOS Send out memos to the branches/outlets through email, as soon as approved print final copies of memos for reference file . ENCODE DATA IN THE SYSTEM Encode reference number of discount cards in in-house application for activation in POS tag store & department access for each user ID Qualifications: . Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's /College Degree in any course . Preferably with 1 year of experience in admin and documentation. . Has background in coordination and project management. . With good communication, negotiation and management skills . Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours . Willing to be assigned in The SM Store - Head Office . Full-time positions available
