The Admin Assistant's main role is to provide support and perform administrative tasks. The role requires someone with good oral and written English communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like Microsoft Office and Google applications.
Minimum Requirements:
Must be atleast 2 years in College
Responsibilities:
Review and approve Service Sheets (jobs uploaded in the system) for each technician/electrician
Communicate with the technicians/electricians for job clarification via email or phone
Escalate complicated issues to direct supervisors
Provide daily productivity updates
Requirements:
Has basic knowledge in MS Office and ability to learn new programs and improve processes
Has positive attitude, goal oriented and self-motivated
Dependable, flexible and can work in a fast paced, changing environment
Must be organized and have a keen eye for detail to spot any issues that may arise
Has an ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with other people within the company
Excellent customer relations, verbal, and written English communication skills
Back-office experiences is an advantage but not necessary
Additional Perks:
This is a dayshift account.
Salary Package:
Basic: Php14,000
Allowance: Php1,000
Total Compensation: Php15,000
HMO: to be enrolled upon hire
SIL: 15 leaves/year to be accrued at 1.25/month
