The Opportunity
Excellent communication and leadership skills regardless of the industry, the overall objectives of a business analyst are to review and analyze current and proposed business operations.
About the role
Minimum 5 years experience and maximum 10 years in administrative works.
With good communication, creativity critical thinking, data analysis and research
Person should be outspoken and comfortable working with Australian team.
Should have excellent Microsoft Excel.
Should have good verbal and written communication in English language.
Passionate to learn quickly and self-driven.
Work under pressure and short deadlines.
Attention to Detail and customer centricity is a must for this position.
Check orders from Ariba supplier portal and update order details in the Project Tracker (excel spreadsheet)
Send Order confirmations in Ariba after processing in Syteline.
Plan and schedule order release as per their required delivery date as per customer's project allocation.
Prepare orders in Syteline (ERP).
Share processed order with Warehouse team and share details of orders for picking.
Update Manifest details from Warehouse team as and when required.
Reply to stakeholders with professionalism and timely manner.
Must keep an eye on the dates of order processing so that deliveries are not missed out.
Should help with Project's Quarterly updates for customer project requirement.
Prepare quotes as per latest price list and share with customer.
Liaise with stakeholders verbally and via written communication.
What you need to have
You will be resilient and show incredible leadership skills. You will also have:
Bachelor's/College Degree
Live close to the office.
Great Analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to extract information from diverse sources, large and complex datasets, transforming and verifying raw data into user-friendly meaningful reports.
High attention to detail
Demonstrated experience using advanced Excel and techniques.
Strong communication (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills and the ability to work autonomously as well as within a team environment.
Experience in managing and prioritizing multiple departmental requirements and deadlines.
Ability to roll out new policies and procedures across the group.
