RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Operations Manager is the primary implementer of the comprehensive project development program created by the Strategic Committee, from the initiation of the project to its culmination. The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring project development success via direct management of on-the-ground operations as well as directing and utilizing back-end support systems effectively. The Project Manager is mandated to report project development status and practical constraints as well as providing suggested solutions or revisions to the project development plan to the planning group.
- Point-person for developing, implementing and executing marketing initiatives and activities for their particular brand. These initiatives and activities include campaigns (print, web, social media, broadcast, etc.), events, corporate responsibility programs and sponsorship.
- Develop, manage and monitor the implementation of branding and communications strategy/campaigns within the overall integrated marketing strategy of the Company.
- Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations
- Review financial statements, sales or activity reports, or other performance data to measure productivity or goal achievement or to identify areas needing cost reduction or program improvement.
- Operationalizes long- and short-term goals of the company.
- Ensure operational cash flow remains at optimal levels
- Do ocular inspections to all sites
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
3 years of experience
