Description
Key responsibilities:
• Renders direct assistance and support to the client assigned
• Interact with designated company staff in a fast paced, proactive environment
• Monitors and controls required company activities
• Calendar management
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including electronic mails
• Lead generation and qualification (CRM management)
• Manage Xero accounting system, bank reconciliation, invoicing, uploading bills
• Managing order integration between Shopify, Xero and our Warehouse
• Book all freight and track to make sure all parcels are delivered in quoted time frame
• Maintains and updates confidential files
• Performs other related duties as required by the client
Minimum Requirements:
• High-level of English, both verbal and written
• Computer literate in all aspects of Microsoft Office and other applicable office applications
• Competent in computer peripherals
• High accuracy in data entry of information with high attention to details
• Keen to learn new concepts quickly and independently Ability to problem solve and use initiative
• Highly motivated with exceptional work ethic and client focus
• Strong time management skills and able to work within frames
