College Graduate 4 -year course (Preferably graduate of Bachelor of Industrial Engineering)
With one (2) years similar practice
Must be expertiseable in all HR Facets
22 years of age and above

tasks and Job responsibilities:
1. Assist the Branch Admin agent in conducting and in the implementation of asset inventory and tagging, together with Finance, every 4th Quarter of the year to be submitted to the General Manager and Executive VP General Procurement and Asset Management every January 15 of the immediate incoming year.
2. Implementation of complete and accurate documentation, approvals and inventory of all company assets from procurement, MIS issuance, books classification and recording to transfer/disposal.
3. Ensure that procurement and asset management files are properly and secured filed, stored and archived in both hard copies and softcopies at any given time, covering head office and branches.
4. Ensure all the asset related summary listing / report below is updated and submitted monthly to the GM and VP for procurement /asset management.
· List of Capital and Controllable Assets that will match MIS and transfer/disposal summary lists
· Summary of MIS listing per employee /department/ branch to match Summary list of all items transferred/ disposed.
· Summary list of all assets transferred /disposed to match Summary of MIS listing
· Summary list of all assets for disposal located on tech. reports/obsolete/damage/upgraded
5. Semi-annually evaluates existing process on procurement and asset management and submits to the GM and VP for Procurement and Asset Management every March and September of the year
6. Ensure all assets are tagged with asset/property inventory sticker prior to receipt of employee for proper identification asset.
7. supervise the management /control/ inventory of all company mobile phones and ensure timely payment.
8. Maintain overall asset management system for identification, tracking and control.
9. Assist the Admin agent in the implementation of strict proper housekeeping and maintenance of all company premises (office, warehouse, parking, motorpool, staff house) and compliance to all company health and safety standards.
10.Compliance to all company policies and QMS procedures/work instructions/manuals.
11.Perform other task that may assigned from time to time.
