Job Requirements:
Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy or any Accounting/Business related course.
At least one (2) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Aptitude in numbers.
Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks.
With a high level of professionalism and discretion
With experience in processing Government mandated like SSS, Philhealth, Pagibig etc.
With experience in book keeping.
With experience in processing invoice.
With experience in processing business registration.
Task & Duties:
Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
Performing general administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry.
Create and update expense reports
Prepare bank deposits
Review and file payroll documents
Manage and maintain organizational records, documents, and files.
Develop and implement filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy retrieval of information.
Process government mandated (SSS, PHILHEALTH, PAGIBIG)
Process renewal of Business permits & Licenses
