Admin / Accounting Assistant
We're currently looking for a creative and highly organized Admin / Accounting Assistant to join our amazing team!
Duties and Responsibilities
✅ Experience with Procurement and Purchasing.
✅ Updates personal and business accounts and spreadsheets, booking flights and trips, making appointments and reservations, etc.
✅ Track and record orders.
✅ Receive orders and document arrivals.
✅ Source and interview vendors; negotiate contracts and costs.
✅ Experience in Bookkeeping
✅ Record financial transactions.
✅ Reconcile bank accounts.
✅ Manage bank feeds.
✅ Handle accounts receivable.
✅ Handle accounts payable.
✅ Work with your tax preparer and assist with tax compliance.
✅ Prepare financial statements.
✅ Take on some payroll and human resource functions.
✅ Safekeeping of receipts for items and services purchased, and update company budget spreadsheet monthly.
✅ Need to be proficient at QuickBooks online and bookkeeping tasks.
✅ Skilled in google spreadsheet.
✅ Assisting with invoicing such as the need to create, send, and keep track and follow up on client invoices.
✅ Knowledge about FF&E specification creation is a plus.
✅ Familiar with design software such as Gatherit and REVIT is a plus.
✅ Experience as an Assistant Designer is a plus.
