Job Description
Provides technical support to production in terms of the installation, set-up, and preventive maintenance of production machines/test equipment, including jigs, fixtures, tooling, etc., that generally includes mechanical, electrical, electronics, and pneumatics related works. Drives and implement improvements to uplift the segments KPI's such as OEE, Scrap, productivity, energy consumption and cost efficiency, and all other responsibilities under the job function.

"▪ Initiate and implement process improvements focusing on scrap reduction.
▪ Introduce new process steps improving line balances, cycle time improvements.
▪ Conduct study to improve process capability using Six Sigma Quality tools"
"• Ensures proper conduct of corrective and preventive maintenance of all production floor machineries, equipment and production utilities.
Prepares, submit reports, maintains and updates records, FPY and OEE of department.
Active participation in the Energy Management activities of the segment. "
"• Ensures effective implementation of documented Quality systems.
Active participation in the Total Productive Maintenance for the Segment."
"▪ Supports NPL for new line and new product setup
▪ Generate machine programs for new product processes.
▪ Provide initial documents needed for production line.
▪ Design and implement line set-up suited for the product launch.
▪ FMEA review and generation together with the team."

▪ Support production in improving machine uptime and breakdown prevention.
▪ Provide analysis for customer returns and production related issues.
