Strong communication skills and client service orientation to effectively work across multiple-geographies and manage various stakeholders On the job you will: Lead and inspire an MBPS team (-20) supporting the Asia Business, ensuring that the team is well supported and is continually building their capabilities. Manage relationships with Asia business partners, including executive stakeholders, to manage and monitor MBPS team performance, while continually looking for opportunities to further expand MBPS capabilities Build a Managed Shared Service to support the specialized business needs from our business partners, particularly in the Asia emerging markets. This includes business development, pricing, talent strategy and governance. Uplift and Manage the broader governance of MBPS Actuarial through the development of quantitative KPIs and monthly/quarterly performance, recruiting and risk reporting to the Actuarial Leadership Team and Business Unit Stakeholders.
