Job Description The Actuarial Auditor is responsible for delivering value-added and risk-focused internal audit services. The services are within the actuarial risk framework which includes Corporate Pricing and Valuation Standards and SOX. This position provides opportunities to build relationship, business acumen, and exposure across various actuarial areas. Responsibilities: Understand key risks in the actuarial business units, ensure audit focus on the key risks, and conclude the effectiveness of internal controls through audit testing. Build relationships with business units, Group Finance Actuarial, Product Risk Management, Regional Actuarial Services, actuarial Shared Service Centers, external auditors, and other internal auditors. Execute the audit plan including assurance (key risk audit, key risk review, emerging risk review, defined procedures), and advisory (consulting service); including SOX control test. Monitor work progress and suggest improvement. Job Requirements: Experience in actuarial process. Experience in AXIS software, Python programming, Agile project, data analytics, or IFRS / Asia local financial reporting is a plus. Progress in actuarial designations such as FSA, FCIA, FIA or their equivalent. Strong interest in developing knowledge of actuarial operations, policies and standards. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with various levels of the organization. Ability to communicate ideas and recommendations, and explain technical matters to general audience. Results oriented; ability to manage competing priorities and projects. Some travel may be required.
