We are looking for an Acquisitions VA to work on various admin tasks for our US client. You will be working with the client directly, so we need someone with an A++ level of English communication skills with high initiative. Please do not apply if you think you're not a good fit for the role.

As an Acquisitions VA, here are your qualities and tasks, but NOT limited to:
Compile information on top travel destinations across the US (why are people traveling there, what is there to do, etc.)
Research STR regulations (online and via communication with local government agencies) and build a database from this.
Identify and analyze active listings that have STR potential.
Analyze current STRs to extract top trends (design style, amenities, location).
Find STR articles and content for posting on social media.
Build a database of realtors in our target markets so we can send them our exact buying criteria.
Continue to pull in new markets and assess data on revenue vs. supply on our master sheet.
Join Facebook groups in target markets and post about us being active buyers and getting deals sent our way, along with finding good opportunities to present to the department head.
Help set up mailers for target markets for the off-market mailing program.
Find vendors in our target markets to partner with to present opportunities to upsell customers with our portfolio of STRs.
Compile a list and send out a weekly email to all our lender contact to get the most updated quotes for lending
Salary: $800-$1200/month depending on experience
