Manage and respond to 150-200 incoming seller emails daily generated via Instantly campaigns, excluding follow ups done over text, phone and voicemail.
Underwrite and analyze land opportunities using Zillow, DataTree, LandInsights, and Land ID
Prepare and send purchase offers through email, phone, and text communication
Negotiate with property owners to secure deals aligned with company goals
Maintain accurate records and deal updates in the CRM system
Coordinate with transaction coordinators and other team members to ensure smooth handoffs
Provide clear and consistent communication with sellers and internal team members
RequirementsMust-have Skills / Qualification:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in land acquisition is highly desirable; however, experience in real estate acquisitions or wholesaling will also be considered.
Must be fluent in both verbal and written English, with excellent communication skills.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities, with a persuasive and confident approach.
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through.
Highly motivated, disciplined, and willing to work extended hours when required.
Proven ability to multitask and manage a high volume of leads efficiently.
Team-oriented, with a positive attitude and a strong willingness to collaborate.
Must have their own tools and equipment suitable for remote work.
Advantageous:
Experience using tools such as Land Insights, LandID, Podio, DocuSign, Instantly, and Batch Data is highly preferred.
