As the Acquisition Manager, you will be challenged to envision and execute on an experience that will carry the company's users through the journey of becoming an active and engaged photographer in a fast, easy and intuitive way. Your impact on recruiting, onboarding and making new photographers successful will be the lifeblood that powers the company's explosive growth and enables our consumers and enterprise clients to access on-demand photography worldwide.
What You'll Do...
Help the company expand to new markets by growing our community of photographers
Manage photographer recruitment funnels to meet launch targets
Work closely with the product and operations team to launch and operationalize new products from scratch
Understand the vision and strategy for your team and get all members pumped and aligned to power the company's growth
Utilize data to understand photographer behavior and areas for improvement in our photographer recruitment and communication
Develop & optimize processes by breaking projects into actionable steps with aggressive timelines for completion
Hustle - take ownership of the company's growth and do whatever it takes to get the job done
What You'll need:
Bilingual proficiency in written and spoken English
At least 2 years of hyper-growth operations / online marketplace / consulting / business intelligence / strategy or related experience
Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and projects at your organization.
Experience with creating and optimizing operational processes
Exceptional Excel / Google Sheets and data analytics skills
Knowledge in SQL highly preferred
A "let's get it done" mindset
A data-driven approach to decision-making and communications
The ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well
Self-starter attitude - the ability to self-serve, investigate and get the data we require will make you much more effective in this role
