ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE STAFF Cebu City | Urgent | Can Start ASAP
 
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Receivable Staff to join our growing team in Cebu City. The ideal candidate is highly organized, numbers-driven, and capable of managing receivables efficiently to support smooth cash flow operations.
 
Key Responsibilities (Core Functions):
Prepare, issue, and monitor customer invoices and billing statements
Record, track, and reconcile accounts receivable transactions
Monitor aging of receivables and follow up on outstanding payments
Coordinate with sales, operations, and clients regarding billing concerns
Prepare regular AR reports, collections status, and cash receipts
Ensure accuracy of records and compliance with company policies
Assist in month-end closing and audit requirements related to AR
Qualifications:
Graduate of Accountancy, Finance, or any related course
With experience in Accounts Receivable or similar accounting role
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Proficient in MS Excel and basic accounting systems
Good communication and coordination skills
Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
Can start ASAP
